Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will begin processing the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

Order Transition and Handling Time: Each order undergoes meticulous handling to ensure your rug reaches you in perfect condition. Processing and handling typically take 2-3 business days from the time your order is confirmed. During this period, we prepare your item for shipment and ensure all quality checks are completed.

Order Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination:

  • Standard Shipping via FedEx: Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5 business days to arrive at your home.
  • Tracking Information: For items shipped via FedEx, tracking details will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days of order processing. This allows you to monitor your delivery status and make any necessary arrangements.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, item weight, and shipping method selected during checkout. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.

Shipping Destinations: Currently, we offer shipping across the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, courier delays, or holidays.
  • If your order includes custom rugs or made-to-order items, additional production time may be required. Estimated delivery timelines for such items will be clearly communicated during the purchasing process.
