Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

Items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.  Items must be returned in their new, undamaged condition with any tags still attached.  Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted.  All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Final Sale Items: All custom ordered items and additional materials such as rug pads, as well as sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the ordered items appear damaged during shipment—such as
torn packaging or water damage—do not accept the shipment. Please note your
reasons for refusal on the delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

For items shipped via FedEx, tracking information is usually
emailed to you 2-3 days after your order is processed. Most items shipped this
way typically take 5 business days to arrive at your home.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
